All of our orders are shipped via USPS, insured and tracked.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Please allow us 3-6 business days to process your order. Shipping times depend on your location, please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic delivery, and up to 4 weeks for international delivery.

My package came damaged, can I get a refund?

With every order, we always try to package it in a way that would keep it in great shape once it arrives at your door. The items sometimes travel hundreds or thousands of miles to get to you. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any damage to the packages/items once it has been processed and shipped out.

Are your products okay to eat?

All of our products are safe to eat. Due to most of our products being rice based, they can be eaten well after their best by date with not a single worry in mind.

How Can I Exchange My Item?

Unfortunately at this time we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for any orders. All purchases are final.
